Hello, I’m here for my second post of this week and I have something really special to share with you. A couple of months ago I was contacted by a company named Vivid, I’m sure you have heard of them before. They have an amazing product launching next week and I have been lucky enough to try it already.
The product is called brain box, It is a 14-day green tea plan.
As you can see inside the box we have two little pouches, one for each week.
Both include seven 1.5g sachets of Matcha powder. Matcha if you didn’t already know is green tea leaves ground into a fine powder. Matcha green tea boosts cognition while the L-theanine makes sure the mind is both relaxed and alert. Hence the name ‘Brainbox’
This is where the fun comes in. Not only does the brainbox come with this amazing powder, it also comes with a 14-day wall calendar with a different activity for each day of your plan.
I thought it would be really cool if I shared with you my favourite smoothie recipe to have with my matcha powder. However, you can really experiment with how you have your powder and there are some really good ideas on the wall calendar.
Ingredients.
- one and a half cups of fresh spinach
- two rings of canned pineapple
- half a ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- A teaspoon of honey
- one cup of liquid (I use water)
- once sachet of matcha powder
The Matcha adds a bit of extra sweetness, I absolutely love this smoothie and despite only being three days into my plan I already can notice the effects. The daily activities from the wall calendar are really fun.
I highly recommend you try this product out when it launches this week.If you do please message me on social media, I would love to hear what you think about it. It will be available from holland and barret as well as vividdrinks.com.
