Hello everyone, I am back with another post in my Five on Friday series, Today I will be sharing with you my top 5 music related gifts that will make any music fanatics Christmas. I did this last year as well you can check that out here: Music themed Christmas gift guide 2016.

I have also price checked these and provided links so if you wish to pick them up then you can, let’s get started…

Handmade music lamps- £51.99- £54.99

Therecordsticking.co.uk

I got so excited when I saw these handmade album cover lamps because they are just like nothing I have seen before. They are handmade by a company called ‘The record’s ticking’ that was founded back in 2013. Below I have got photos of three different lamps however they have made them for too many bands to list so have a little look through their website and if you can’t find the band you want then there is an option to create your own. These are a fun and quirky gifts that will literally light up any room (excuse the pun)

ROXI Music Box – Electric Jukebox- £149.25

prezzybox.com

This is the most expensive gift on here, coming in at £149. This is the ROXI box, a 5-in-1 Home Music Entertainment gadget that is sure to make your Christmas and new years parties 1000x better. It allows to access over 29 millions of songs along with worldwide radio, unlimited karaoke and music trivia games, it can even act as a sound machine. the ROXI box comes in three colours and it currently reduced down until the 6th of January of Prezzybox.com.

Kaset portable charger £24.99

CHJGD.com

This is a really great present that I’m sure would get used every day, it’s a 6000mAh portable charger made that is made to look like a cassette. Not only does it look fantastic it works really well, you can charge two phones at one time with its dual USB ports and each full charge of the power bank will give two full charges of most smart phones. It’s a really quirky gift that is sure to make any music lover smile. This is actually a product that I own, Chjgd very kindly sent me one over about this time last year and it’s still a product I cannot leave the house without.

Victrola Modern Turntable+Speakers (HMV exclusive) -£99.99

HMV.com

It wouldn’t be a list of top music-related gifts without a turntable, this one is a HMV exclusive bundle that is currently on sale for a fantastic price. For only £99 you get your full audio setup with both the turntable with built-in pre-amp and speakers with built-in amplifier. This makes it a fantastic simple turntable for beginners that is actually of pretty high quality despite its low price point. For Christmas last year I picked up a similar bundle from HMV, their Jam bundle that was also an HMV exclusive reduced down over the Christmas period and I can safely say that I have had a great time with it, so I’d really recommend this as HMV exclusives seem to really good. The other day I was actually in a HMV store having a look at this and the build of it is nice, it is very sleek looking and most importantly doesn’t look like a piece of plastic rubbish. I highly recommend this as a beginners setup.

Flying vinyl subscription box- £216 annually, £20 monthly

If you read my blog often then you will know that I am head over heels in love with flying vinyl, what they do, and what they stand for. Flying vinyl is a monthly subscription box that sends you 5 high quality exclusive 7″ singles a month. The company gives up and coming bands a platform to share their music in the purest form and in turn by buying the box the money is going directly to the artists. When buying the subscription for someone you can do it for either 3 months (£57), 6 months (£108) or the whole year for £216.This is the gift that keeps on giving.
